Welcome to your New Home in Southern Oregon

Established homestead complete with 4 bd / 2ba farmhouse and ~9 ac of fenced pastures, gardens, and oak grove, available for rent

Livestock-ready

Fully fenced and cross-fenced, this property is set up for rotational grazing. A fully-enclosed 12x20 animal shelter with two lambing jugs, a hay loft, and a mineral feeder will keep your small livestock safe and dry. A poultry coop and another smaller shelter close to the house are ready for your chickens and rams/billies. Water rights from the shared historic ditch system provide pasture irrigation and fill a seasonal pond.

Abundant Gardens

Get a head start on food production with the fenced, drip-irrigated veggie garden and large greenhouse. No-till beds have been organically managed, and a 4-bin compost system is full of finished compost to help grow your crops.

Established Perennials

Jump right in with mature fruit trees, a productive asparagus patch, and herbs including rosemary, thyme, oregano, garlic, walking onions, sage, and more.

Spacious House

The 4 bedroom, 2 bath home was built in 1912 from trees milled on the property. The deep covered porch provides a place to relax outside in summer, and an upper deck gives you a view up the valley to the Applegate River. Remote workers will enjoy the fiber internet and built-in standing desk. There’s a washer and dryer, central heat, and an EPA-certified woodstove. LVP downstairs for easy cleaning, and carpeting upstairs to keep your toes warm in the winter. The kitchen has electric appliances and a large walk-in pantry for all your canning.

Outbuildings include a carport, open woodshed, toolshed with electrical power, pumphouse, and wood-fired sauna project.
